Get Licensed is the UK's largest provider of security-based training, and after a rebrand needed support deploying the new visual identity across the organisation.
Get Licensed were entering their 11th year, and since their brand identity had been created in its first year the growing internal team had led on the development of all internal and external marketing assets without a set of clear brand guidelines. As a result the visual identity had become growingly diluted, and varied from asset to asset. The business was developing into new service areas and had commissioned a new visual identity. With this the brand needed to be versatile enough to grow and adapt without becoming confusing.
We started by running a series of exploratory workshops with the marketing team to understand the key challenges they were facing. With a new visual identity in place a set of comprehensive guidelines were required, alongside a structured system for accessing new and existing marketing assets. The new guidelines were prepared covering the most common implementation issues faced, and a new brand asset management system was deployed with demonstration assets to streamline development.
The new brand hub and asset management portal has now been incorporated into every new starter's onboarding process in every department.
